In February 2013 BMG Rights Management (UK) Limited acquired Sanctuary Records Group Ltd. from Vivendi. As of 2017 the company remains the immediate parent (holding) company of - Creole Records Ltd., Men From The North Ltd., Trojan Recordings Ltd., Sanсtuary Copyrights Ltd.
