In-house label of Crystal Schallplatten GmbH, Germany. Label Code: LC 1477 / LC 01477 The company was launched in August 1976, so earlier release dates for Crystal (5)-branded releases are not possible. Please take this into consideration when submitting. Appears also as 2nd branded label on German Emidisc (2), Magnet (2) and Capitol Records-budget releases between late 1976 and 1979. By 1980 the holding company was liquidated and EMI Electrola GmbH appears as ℗-owner on the final Crystal (5)-branded 7" releases (which eventually show EMI distribution code 1C 006 i.o. 006 CRY). Selected (leftover?) Crystal (5) branded releases from the Crystal Jazz-series were later distributed by Corona Musik GmbH, Hamburg. Those releases bear a 'Corona'-sticker with the catalogue number of the new distributor, covering the old brand on the sleeve. Records released on Crystal (5) were usually pressed by EMI Electrola GmbH. The logo and the Crystal Schallplatten GmbH-credit may occasionally appear as an artwork remnant on editions pressed in 1980 or later.
