S tímto obrazem se Florence sama dokázala až příliš dobře ztotožnit, když více než deset let nepřetržitě koncertovala a večer co večer se věnovala svým písním na pódiích po celém světě.

Florencina láska k tanci se táhne celým novým albem jako červená nit. Výsledkem je čtrnáct tanečních, někdy démonických, jindy hořkosladkých skladeb, v nichž Florence splétá vlivy taneční hudby, folku, Iggyho Popa ze 70. let a mnoho dalšího do něčeho, co sama popisuje jako "Nick Cave v klubu". Po textové stránce je Welchová na svém vrcholu: ještě nikdy nezpívala tak silně a upřímně o své identitě, pojetí ženskosti a mužskosti a hledání vykoupení.
